1. Acceptance of these terms
DForge (“DForge”, “we”, “us”) is operated by JamesonsTech, based in Eldoret, Kenya. These terms apply to dforge.site, home.dforge.site, the DForge dashboard and APIs, and every purchase made through them.
By creating an account or using DForge you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use DForge for a business, you confirm you can bind that business to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old.
2. What DForge provides
DForge is a no-code studio for Deriv site operators. Depending on what you use, it lets you:
- build and publish white-label trading websites powered by the Deriv API, on a DForge address or your own domain;
- register and renew domains for those sites;
- generate DBot XML bot files with the AI Bot Generator, and build apps with the AI Builder;
- run AI signal bots that broadcast to your Telegram channel;
- sell bot files and other digital products to your visitors through your site’s store.
DForge is a software provider. We do not execute trades, we do not hold anyone’s trading funds, and we do not give investment advice. All trading happens on Deriv, in your users’ own Deriv accounts. DForge is operated independently by JamesonsTech; Deriv is a separate company.
We improve DForge continuously, so features may be added, changed or retired over time.
3. Your account
- Give accurate details when you sign up and keep them up to date.
- Keep your login secure. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
- Tell us straight away at support@dforge.site if you think someone else has accessed it.
- We will never ask for your password or your Deriv password. Deriv accounts are linked on Deriv’s own sign-in screen.
4. Deriv and third-party services
Sites built with DForge connect to the Deriv API. Your use of the Deriv API and of Deriv’s partner or API programme is governed by Deriv’s own terms, and you must follow them. Deriv can change, limit or withdraw its API or programmes at any time, and we are not responsible for those decisions or for Deriv’s services.
DForge also relies on other providers, including payment providers (M-Pesa, Paystack, Bachs, and crypto payment processors), our domain registrar, hosting providers and Telegram. Their terms apply when you use them through DForge, and we are not liable for their outages or decisions.
5. Payments, credits and refunds
Prices are set in US dollars and shown before you pay. When you pay by M-Pesa you are charged the Kenya shilling amount shown at checkout. Crypto network fees are added at checkout and paid by you.
Revenue share on sites
For sites that earn Deriv commission through DForge, DForge takes 20% of the site’s monthly Deriv commission, under the revenue-share agreement you accept before your first site. If the share is not paid when due, you cannot create new sites, and the site is suspended after a 12-hour grace period until it is paid.
Credits and balances
AI Bot Generator credits and the AI Builder balance can only be used on DForge. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn and cannot be transferred to another account.
Signal subscriptions
Signal bots cost $8.99 per 30 days after a free 60-minute trial. Card subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days until you cancel; M-Pesa and crypto payments cover one 30-day period. If you cancel, the bot keeps running until the end of the period you paid for. If the trial ends or a renewal fails, the bot is paused and is removed after 48 hours.
Domains
Domains bought through DForge are registered through our registrar account for use with your DForge site. Renewing a domain before it expires is your responsibility. An expired domain may have to be reactivated, at the price shown, and may be lost if the registry releases it.
No refunds
All purchases made on DForge are final and non-refundable. This covers domain registrations and renewals, AI Bot Generator credits, AI Builder credits and top-ups, signal subscriptions, AI site creation, bot ideas and every other purchase, including any unused credit, balance or subscription time. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period.
If you paid and did not receive what you bought, contact us with your payment reference and we will make sure it is delivered.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use DForge to:
- break any law, or help anyone else break one;
- impersonate Deriv or any other company or person, including with domain names that contain “deriv” or “binary”, which DForge does not allow;
- run scams, phishing, or anything designed to take people’s money or login details;
- promise your users guaranteed or risk-free profits, or otherwise mislead them about the risks of trading;
- remove or hide the risk disclaimer that DForge adds to apps built with the AI Builder;
- upload malware, attack or overload our systems, or try to get around our payments, limits or security;
- copy, resell or rebrand DForge itself, or share your account with others.
7. Your sites and content
Your content stays yours — your logos, text, images, bot files and other material you add or create with DForge. You give us permission to host, store, copy and display it as needed to run DForge for you.
You are responsible for your sites and what happens on them: their content, the products you sell, how you treat your visitors, your own privacy notice, and following Deriv’s terms and the laws where you operate.
Bots, apps and signals produced with AI are provided as they are. Review and test them — on a demo account first — before publishing or using them with real money.
When visitors buy from your site’s store, DForge keeps 15% of each sale after payment-provider fees and you receive the rest. When visitors buy AI credits through your site, you receive 20% of the sale.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Trading carries risk. Your users can lose money trading on Deriv. Nothing on DForge — including bots, signals and example figures — is financial advice or a promise of results, and past performance does not predict future results.
DForge is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost commission, trading losses, or problems caused by Deriv or other third-party services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid DForge in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close your account, or take a site offline, if you break these terms, do not pay amounts you owe (including the revenue share), use DForge for fraud or abuse, or if we are required to by law or by Deriv. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first.
You can stop using DForge at any time. To delete your account, email support@dforge.site. When an account is closed, its sites go offline and unused credits, balances and subscription time are forfeited.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as DForge changes. The “last updated” date at the top always shows the current version. If a change materially affects you, we will email account holders before it takes effect. Continuing to use DForge after that means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue directly.
